DESCRIPTION: This demonstration will introduce staff to advanced features of WorldCat Resource Sharing, paying particular attention to ILL Direct Request. Discussions, tip and tricks will also be held on Interlibrary Loan Fee Management (IFM), Constant Data, Custom Holdings, the ILL Policy Directory and various features within the FirstSearch Administrative Module.

THERE IS NO FEE to attend this LiveMeeting event. LiveMeeting allows you to stay at your own PC and use an Internet connection and telephone to view the demonstration and to communicate with the trainer.
